Information on Booking your Volunteer Project
Applicants must complete the application form and send it to us we will then check the availability and dates and contact the applicant within a few working days to confirm placement.
Please complete the application form with all the necessary fields and sign all relevant documents, Please fax or mail completed forms to us.
Once All Africa Volunteers approves the application, confirmation of acceptance into the program will be sent to the client with a invoice.
The clients credit card will be charged at confirmation of availability at the project. If client cant pay by credit card a bank transfer must be done to bank details on invoice at least 30 days before arrival at project.
If the total fee of the program price is not
paid on due date, All Africa Volunteers reserves the right
to disqualify the applicant and would need to reapply. If an
applicant applies 30 days or less before the start of the
program then the program full price is payable at time of
confirmation of program availability.
