So you're on holiday....The Beach Lodge is kinda like an
island...... cos you never really need to leave, may never want to leave.
Perched on a dune with a 270º view of the Indian Ocean, this sea circled
Eden has the perfect setting for any beach bum. Aloe framed views from our
wooden decks overlook surf and sand, and are ideal for all year whale and
dolphin watching. We have excellent surf spots on our doorstep so as the
swell pulls in you'll hear the crash of the surf from your bed. All rooms
have a sea view, all doubles are en-suite, and we are the only The Beach
Lodge
in J'bay catering for campers.
  
Jeffreys Bay is a Backpackers
Paradise with its layback atmosphere. Jeffreys Bay offers some of the
best beaches with a variety of activities, Mountain Biking, Surf
Lessons, Sandboarding, Kloofing, Kayaking, Bungi Jumping and much more
like a Guided Tour to Addo Elephant Park or Hug the Lions at Seaview.

potjie
meals
have
been
widely
acknowledged,
and we
do
superb
fish and
chicken
braais
with
salads,
rolls
and
baked
potatoes.
Occasionally
we
provide
the
salads
and
rolls
and
everyone
joins in
for a
"bring-and-braai".
And of
course
most
times
these
meals
are
accompanied
with the
special
punch we
concoct,
we
guarantee
you a
night
you'll
never

The Beach Lodge is
right at
Phantom's
corner
and
Kitchen
Windows,
two surf
spots
enjoyed
by
beginner
and pro.
Boards
and
wetsuits
are
available
from the
backpackers,
and one
of us is
bound to
be able
to give
you a
tip or
two if
needed.
For
those
who NEED
to surf
other
main
spots
like Supertubes
or Seal
Point,
our
"Vibe
Van" is
always
ready to
please
you.
Supers
can also
be
reached
via a
leisurely
stroll
on the
beach
(or by
putting
the
thumb
out).
The
"Vibe
Van"
never
seems to
stop
buzzing
up and
down, so
there's
always a
lift to
or from
somewhere
to
anywhere.
 
  
  
Every
room- and brilliant camp site- has an uninterrupted view of the ocean.
There are excellent surf spots on the doorstep and when the swell pulls
in, you'll hear the crash of the ocean from your bed. Island Vibe has the
right balance to build friendships and and restore weary
travellers. Spend
a night in the bar and you'll soon see why it's called the Vibe.

you stay alone or share with a friend.
Sharing Double: In this option
you book a bed in a large en-suite room. You might share a room with
someone from a completely different culture which adds to the whole
learning experience.
These rooms have there own private kitchen and
barbeque area. The rooms have sea views and a balcony/veranda with
deck chairs to soak up those golden rays.
Dormitory: This consists of 4 to
8 bed dorms where bathrooms are communal. There is also a large
communal kitchen. This is for the young at heart who enjoy the
adventure of backpacking. It is also an affordable way to study
English.
